Vitality Bowls Santa Clara opened on March 16, 2017 at 355 Monroe St. in the luxury apartment complex and shopping center, Monticello Village.

Located 45 miles southeast of San Francisco, the Santa Clara café joins several other Vitality Bowls in the vibrant Silicon Valley. Home to a number of technology companies, including Intel, Santa Clara also houses the Levi’s Stadium for the San Francisco 49ers.

The café, which caters regularly to local business and residents, offers signature acai bowls, fresh juice, salads, soups and Panini as well as a full-service coffee bar. Organic cold brew coffee and kombucha are also available on-tap.

Prior to opening Vitality Bowls, owner Chandani Singh was a real estate professional who had always been passionate about healthy living and eating.
