Vitality Bowls Fremont opened its doors in 2020, entering a colorful dining scene that is as diverse as its people. Nestled in between the Washington Hospital and Kaiser Permanente, as well as a multitude of medical offices, essential business services and the Fremont Bart station, Vitality Bowls Fremont strives to provide a healthy and delicious alternative to the fast-paced life of the city’s professionals and its residents.

Fremont is a melting pot of ethnically diverse groups, including vegetarians and vegans who are frequently limited in dining choices. Here at Vitality Bowls Fremont, our goal is to offer a great selection of acai and superfood bowls, paninis, fresh juices, smoothies, and more to a growing population that yearns for a more natural and organic diet. Health plays a huge role in all of our lives, and now more than ever, it has become of great importance that the community has access to food that is not only tasteful, but also nutritious for both the mind and body.

Scott Bui and Vi Pham have dedicated their professional careers in pharmacy and medicinal research with the purpose of improving patients’ lives. They both fell in love with not only the amazing food at Vitality Bowls, but also its ongoing mission to positively change the community for the better. As owners of Fremont’s first Vitality Bowls, their mission has now grown beyond just medicine. Healthy living starts with healthy eating, and as advocates of wellness, Scott and Vi are honored to do their part in serving a better and healthier menu to the city of Fremont.
